Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, and accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Setup.
• Create and send out invoices.
• Follow-up with customers for billing, collections, and late payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor the account details of customers including delayed or missed payments.
• Research and resolve payment errors.
• Review and run AR Aging.
• Assist with monthly close.
• Assist and participate in audits as needed.
• Assist with cash receipts forecasting and government cost submission.
