Rocket Lab Corporation, based in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. You will support the Finance department and assist with monthly close, audits, and forecasting, while leveraging ERP systems like Infor LN, BAAN, Oracle, JDE, and SAP.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of accounts receivable, billing, collections, and accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsabilidades

• Create and send out invoices.
• Follow-up with customers for billing, collections, and late payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor the account details of customers including delayed or missed payments.
• Review and run AR Aging and assist with monthly close.
