ACERTUS is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to ensure timely and accurate customer billing and support cash flow through AR management.

The role involves reconciliation, aging monitoring, collections, and reporting on receivable status, partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with contractual billing requirements. Monday–Friday schedule with a $20-22 hourly rate and a $500 sign-on bonus accompanies robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related role.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure customers are billed accurately per contracts.
• Maintain AR records, current aging, apply payments and credits.
• Manage collections via phone, email, and written correspondence.
