The position requires at least one year of AR experience, proficiency with Excel and Outlook, and strong communication skills to manage reports and customer interactions. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least one year of experience with accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately invoice customers.
• Collection of past due accounts.
• Create and process required reports.
• Research billing issues and make corrections to invoices as needed.
• Communicate with the team through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
• Assist with transactions that require accounting authorization.
• Personal responsibility to manage change.
