Designplan Lighting Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Hunterdon County, NJ. You will handle daily processing of orders, invoicing, cash applications, collections, and commissions, collaborating with finance and customer service.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential to maintain accurate records and ensure timely month-end reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording new orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies.
• Daily deposit and application of payments.
• Collections and maintenance of Customer Database.
• Reviewing and maintaining Commissions reporting and inquiries.
• Creating accurate month-end reports.
• Collaborating with departments to keep accounts up-to-date.
