Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint. ERP experience is a plus, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience including cash posting and posting of credits.
• High degree of accuracy with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; ERP experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts for domestic and international customers.
• Post credit card payments and verify ECredit transactions.
• Maintain Daily Cash Receipts file and input data daily.
• Proof invoices and emails to customers daily, including EDI invoices.
• Maintain cash posting reports and share with customers weekly.
• Research documentation in Credit Department for audits.
• Scan and file bank documents and backups to shared platform.
• Upload and verify insurance premiums for independent contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
