Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience including debits, credits and cash posting.
• High accuracy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with multi-project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile incoming payments and post cash.
• Prepare invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain daily cash postings and backup data.
• Post batch and share posting logs after daily cash processing.
• Proof invoices and emails to customers; manage EDI invoices.
• Generate cash posting reports for special accounts weekly.
• Support audits by researching documentation in Credit Department.
• Assist with insurance premiums for independent contractors.
