• Process credits and account adjustments when appropriate.
• Assist with daily transaction reconciliation and related accounting activities.
• Support the setup and maintenance of new customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Provide regular updates regarding outstanding receivables and account concerns.
• Assist accounting leadership with reporting, reconciliations, and other departmental needs.

This position will focus on invoicing, account reconciliation, payment research, collections follow-up, and resolving customer account discrepancies while partnering with internal teams. This position will pay between $45K and $55K annually.

Job Duties
