Accounting & Finance Recruiter (direct hire, contract to hire, and contract type placements)

Responsibilities of this AR Specialist include:

Full cycle accounts receivable.
Retrieve checks for payment and conduct necessary research.
Send customer invoices and mail credit applications.
Generate credits and invoices.
Reconcile payments to open receivables, adjust and bill as necessary.
Manage aging receivables by calling past-due accounts and sending demand letters for outstanding balances.
Create credit invoices.
Send monthly customer statements.
Update customer accounts as needed.
File collection claims for accounts in default.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attentive to details, and excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
