Job description

The candidate will work as an Accounts Receivable Processor, handling incoming payments and processing checks while ensuring accurate reconciliation of employer contributions in a high-volume transactional environment. They will also be responsible for managing customer inquiries and maintaining contracts related to trust funds.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or payment processing
• Proficiency in cash application or payment posting
• Strong reconciliation skills
• High accuracy in data entry
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred:

• Experience with trust fund administration
• Knowledge of pension or benefits administration
• Familiarity with banking operations and lockbox processing
