Job summary

Tarvos Talent is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Downtown Austin with a hybrid schedule. You will manage a high volume of accounts, perform collections outreach, coordinate payments, and assist with new account setup and ACH processing.

The ideal candidate has AR experience in a large organization, can handle about 60 accounts per day, and brings advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) plus ERP exposure such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Tarvos Talent is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract opportunity in Downtown Austin. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to join a collaborative, friendly team.

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll manage a high volume of customer accounts, conduct collections outreach, coordinate scheduled payments, and assist with new account setup and ACH payment processing. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, following up through email and phone communication, and supporting weekly collection goals across a fast-paced shared services environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong collections and accounts receivable experience within a large organization, along with the ability to manage at least 60 accounts per day and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions, are highly preferred, while experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems will be beneficial.
