Responsibilities

• Process high‑volume cash applications and support daily AR activities across multiple entities and systems
• Handle chargebacks, disputes, payment posting, and customer account maintenance in a fast‑paced environment
• Assist with full‑cycle accounts receivable processes while partnering closely with internal teams to support cash flow operations

Requirements

• Prior high‑volume cash applications and AR experience within a large company environment
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs, along with ERP system experience
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and systems simultaneously
