Responsibilities

• Managing and direct Accounts Receivable needs with customers at the site level.
• Ensure timely reporting for all Accounts Receivable information.
• Complete monthly reconciliation of accounts by researching and resolving past due accounts issues.
• Coordinate the set-up of customers in Accounting and Billing software.
• Update account status records, customers terms with pre-approved authority.
• Clarify questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer.
• Maintain paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transitions to other departments.
• Respect confidentiality in pricing and other business practices.
• Monitor customers' accounts daily to identify outstanding terms.
• Correspond with customers via email and phone to collect past due payments.
• Prepare AR aging reports for collection activities and progress for Finance and Management teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
