Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with strong cash application knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint; intermediate Excel with PivotTables and lookup formulas.
• Flexibility in a changing environment and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Post monies promptly and accurately, including lockbox receipts.
• Process uncollectible amounts written off as bad debt.
• Resolve unapplied cash with business units.
• Respond to inquiries about client balances and payments.
• Prepare refunds for overpayments.
• Monitor shared inbox and AR inquiries from clients and staff.
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of client portal accounts.
• Document and execute detailed multi-step AR processes.
