Crowe seeks an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate to ensure accurate posting of payments, resolve unapplied cash, and support client inquiries. You will collaborate with internal Finance teams, engagement executives, Partners and Managing Directors to maintain AR excellence.

The role requires 2–3 years AR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Excel. Experience with Workday or Ariba is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with cash application expertise.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience; Excel with PivotTables and lookups preferred.
• Ability to learn, document and manage detailed AR processes and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in professional services or high-volume AR is a plus; AI-enabled tools a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of monies due to the partnership, including cash receipts.
• Process uncollectible amounts as bad debt and resolve unapplied cash balances.
• Respond to inquiries related to client balances and payments.
• Prepare refunds for overpayments and monitor shared AR inbox.
• Assist with client portal onboarding, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Learn and execute multi-step AR processes with rigor.
