Crowe LLP seeks an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate to ensure timely cash application, post payments, and resolve unapplied cash while supporting AR inquiries. This role collaborates with internal Finance teams and client-facing staff, including onboarding and portal administration.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with cash application knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel with PivotTables and lookups preferred.
• Comfortable in a changing environment and with learning new processes.
• Experience in professional services or client-service environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Post monies due to the partnership accurately and timely.
• Process uncollected or written-off amounts as bad debt.
• Resolve unapplied cash balances with business units.
• Respond to inquiries related to client balances and payments.
• Prepare customer refunds for overpayments.
• Monitor shared inbox and address AR inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Assist with onboarding and maintenance of client portal accounts.
• Document and execute multi-step AR processes.
