Crowe is hiring an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate to ensure accurate cash application and timely posting of payments. The role collaborates with internal Finance teams, engagement executives, and Partners to resolve unapplied cash and respond to client inquiries.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of AR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel PivotTables, and SharePoint. Knowledge of Workday or client portals is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of AR experience with cash application focus
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
• Experience with AR processes, aging, unapplied cash and cash posting
• Familiarity with ERP portals and third-party portals is a plus
• Ability to learn, document, and improve AR processes

Responsabilités

• Post monies timely and accurately, including lockbox receipts
• Write-off uncollectible amounts as bad debt when appropriate
• Resolve unapplied cash and respond to client balance inquiries
• Prepare customer refunds for overpayments
• Support onboarding and maintenance of client portal accounts
• Document and execute multi-step AR processes
