Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP ERP is required.

Responsibilities

• Invoices customers for delivered goods and/or services.
• Liaises with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely payment.
• Follow up with customers on past due accounts per policy.
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and AR transactions.
• Maintain AR ledgers by customer balance; reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and send account statements to customers regularly.
• Assist with supplier onboarding paperwork (credit applications) with sales and service teams.
• Resolve collections issues by evaluating payment plans and histories; coordinate with collections agencies as needed.
• Provide AR analysis data to Management weekly or as needed.
• Maintain records of debits, credits, and other AR adjustments.
• Ensure customer credits are timely and accurately applied to statements.
