Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounts payable experience required.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, sort, and match vendor invoices with receiving documents.
• Code invoices and obtain proper approvals.
• Enter invoices into the ERP system and maintain AP records.
• Assist with weekly disbursements and process payments.
• Review vendor statements and resolve payment inquiries.
• Maintain organized vendor files and 1099 reporting.
