Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience with Excel required.
• 3+ years accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent Attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with special price agreements.
• Post and reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Research and resolve short payments and deductions.
• Manage accounts with apply to documents and write-offs.
• Process and enter credit memos.
• Issue return goods authorization (RGA).
• Handle incoming calls from the customer and our rep agencies and assist to direct accordingly.

Description

This accounts receivable position is best suited to a person who can multitask, is detail oriented, and has strong problem-solving abilities. You will play an important role in maintaining our financial records and cash flow for the company.

• Assist with special price agreements
