Spencer's TV & Appliances in Chandler, AZ is seeking an organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team. You will process customer payments, apply them to accounts, and maintain accurate records.

You will track balances, assist with collections, verify tax information, and coordinate with Sales, Delivery and Billing to resolve issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; basic Excel skills and the ability to learn accounting software are needed in this office-based role.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, collections, or office work is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn accounting software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Process customer payments and invoices.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Track and monitor outstanding customer balances.
• Contact customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Verify Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) information and documentation.
• Work with Sales, Delivery, and Billing teams to resolve account issues.
• Maintain accurate financial and customer records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with account questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
