Job summary

Carlisle is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure payments are received and properly recorded. The role is based in Scottsdale, AZ and reports to the Credit Manager.

Responsibilities include applying payments, balancing daily postings, and managing collections with customers. You will work with sales, engineering, and customer service to resolve issues and maintain cash flow. A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

• Prior credit/collection experience.
• Ability to stay focused and complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Apply cash to customer accounts as payments are received.
• Balance daily postings and cash receipts.
• Manage collections by contacting slow paying customers via phone, email, and fax.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain records of calls and collections activity to ensure timely payments.
• Assist with audits and update customer data as requested.
