Job summary

Spencer's TV & Appliances in Chandler, AZ is seeking an accounting assistant to support day-to-day finance tasks, including bank and vendor/customer reconciliations, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing entries.

You will maintain archived records, support property management accounting on light tasks, and compile data to aid the Assistant Controllers in preparing financial statements, while handling filing, organizing, and data entry as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day accounting responsibilities including bank reconciliations, vendor and customer account reconciliations, assisting with month end/ year end closing and entries, maintaining archived records database, light property management accounting, compiling financial data to aid Assistant Controllers in the preparation of financial statements, and other duties assigned by management including filing, organizing and data entry.
