Job summary

Integra Beauty seeks an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Dania Beach, FL headquarters. You will manage payables end-to-end and support receivables within a fast-paced, paperless accounting environment using Bill.com and NetSuite.

The role requires hands-on experience with Bill.com, NetSuite, and advanced Excel, with 2+ years in AP/AR and strong English communication. This position offers full-time hours at our Dania Beach HQ with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Hands-on proficiency with Bill.com and NetSuite ERP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (lookup, pivots, formulas).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and cloud documentation tools.
2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a paperless environment.
Strong understanding of accrual accounting, 3-way matching, and aging schedules.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Process Bill.com AP intake and workflow management.
Perform 3-way matching (PO→Receipt→Invoice) for payables.
Maintain vendor profiles in Bill.com and NetSuite.
Coordinate with Inventory/Operations to confirm goods receipt prior to bill authorization.
Run AP aging, prepaid schedules, and assist month-end close.
Support 1099 compilation and annual tax reporting.
