Job summary

Integra Beauty in Dania Beach, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role manages full-cycle payables and supports receivables in a fast-paced, paperless environment.

Ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Bill.com for workflow automation and NetSuite ERP for GL integration, plus strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with Bill.com and NetSuite ERP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and cloud documentation tools.
• 2+ years of full-cycle accounts payable, general accounting, or AP/AR experience in a paperless environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently at headquarters while collaborating with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams.
• Strict adherence to data security, privacy, and confidential financial control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Receive invoices via Bill.com and ensure proper GL coding and approvals.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO–Receipt–Invoice) for inventory payables.
• Maintain unified vendor profiles in Bill.com and NetSuite.
• Coordinate with Inventory/Operations on receipts prior to billing.
• Run AP aging reports and support month-end close.
• Assist with year-end 1099 processes and compliance.
