FirstService Residential is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the AR team in delivering accurate, timely client accounting services. You will oversee routine billing, delinquency processing, and reporting while modeling strong problem solving and leadership.

The role requires 4+ years in accounting with management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years accounting experience and management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR team to 100% accuracy and resolve issues promptly.
• Learn and become expert in Jenark accounting system and proprietary tools.
• Process recurring and non-recurring charges to homeowner accounts.
• Manage daily cash receipts, exceptions, and delinquency actions per policy.
• Produce monthly reports and maintain AR documentation and manuals.
