A leading recruitment firm in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee full-cycle accounts receivable operations. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of four AR specialists, analyzing AR aging reports, resolving discrepancies, and leading collections efforts. Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years of accounts receivable experience, strong expertise in aging analysis and reconciliations, and experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
