Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience in a complex environment.
• Prior leadership experience managing AR staff, processes, and performance expectations.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, cash application, billing, and account reconciliation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounts receivable functions, including collections, cash application, billing, deductions, and customer account management.
• Manage customer credit reviews, credit limits, risk assessments, and credit hold processes.
• Monitor aging reports and collection activities to reduce past-due balances and improve cash flow.
• Supervise and develop the AR team while ensuring all daily, monthly, and annual deadlines are met.
• Partner with sales and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes, deductions, and payment issues.
• Prepare AR reporting, dashboards, aging analyses, and support month-end close and audit activities.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
