Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of accounting or finance experience with 5+ years in credit management and collections.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience leading staff within credit, accounts receivable, or collections functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve credit recommendations for new customer accounts and monitor ongoing credit risk.
• Manage collections activities, customer account reviews, delinquency follow-up, and daily order release decisions.
• Oversee AR reconciliations, month-end close support, and financial controls related to revenue and receivables.
• Supervise Sales & Use Tax compliance, filings, audits, and reserve analysis for sales returns and allowances.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Payroll Specialist while maintaining policies, procedures, and operational reporting.
