Job summary

JobSquad Staffing Solutions seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager in Florida to lead the AR team, partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations, and drive cash flow improvements. This role requires ownership of AR processes, data analysis, and ongoing optimization to support growth.

The AR Manager will oversee billing, payments, and reconciliations, set KPIs, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to resolve issues and enhance internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive AR experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of AR, collections, credit, billing, cash application, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite/Sage/QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations including billing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop the AR team; manage workloads and KPIs.
• Analyze AR aging and DSOs; report on collections performance and cash flow.
