Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, ideally in a growing or product-based organization.
• Experience managing high-volume AR with accuracy and ownership.
• Strong background in collections, billing systems, and AR process development.

Responsibilities

• Own the full AR lifecycle, including billing, collections, and customer account management.
• Drive reduction of aged receivables (60+ days) through effective systems.
• Manage, train, and develop a small AR team (1–2 direct reports).
