KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client on the North Shore in Massachusetts, seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team on a permanent, hybrid schedule (three days in the office). The role offers a salary of $60-$70K plus bonus, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include AR transactions, billing, cash applications, collections, aging maintenance, and month-end close support. Ideal candidates have 2+ years AR experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and NetSuite

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and/or Collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• NetSuite experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage AR transactions, customer billing, cash applications, and collections
• Maintain AR aging and resolve customer payment discrepancies
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close
• Assist with credit reviews, reporting, and audit requests
