Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Excellent computer, Microsoft Office, mathematical, organizational and human relations skills.
• Preference will be given to applicants with an associate degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive student service in person and by phone.
• Maintain and reconcile monthly accounts receivable invoices and monitor balances.
• Generate, review and analyze student account balance reports and Crystal Reports.
• Prepare and distribute student billing statements and collection letters.
• Support the director of finance with assigned accounting activities and projects.
• Post revenues, receipts, charges and refunds; monitor drop/add activity; reconcile student accounts.
• Post veterans' benefits billing items to student accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
