Job summary

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Preference will be given to applicants with an associate degree in a business-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides responsive customer service to students in person and by telephone.
• Maintains and reconciles monthly accounts receivable invoice schedules.
• Generates, reviews and analyzes student account balance reports and Crystal Reports.
• Prepares and distributes student billing statements and collection letters.
• Supports the director of finance with assigned accounting activities and special projects.
• Maintains AR system integrity by posting revenue, receipts, charges and refunds.
• Reviews, verifies and posts veterans' benefits billing items to student accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
