Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a professional office environment providing customer service.
• Ability to successfully pass a typing test.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains, and closes utility accounts and processes changes.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Posts utility payments, deposits, and other accounts receivable items.
• Balances all monies and payments received daily.
• Assists customers with account inquiries via email, in person, and by phone.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports special projects as needed.
