Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable experience (3 years preferred).
• Associate degree or some college required.
• Strong Excel and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily customer payments (checks, ACH, cards) to customer accounts.
• Bill and collect electronics usage; track usage data in Excel.
• Prepare, check and enter credits from sales force.
• Reprint or provide invoice copies and payment docs on request.
• Follow AR procedures and internal controls for accuracy.
• Provide administrative and phone support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
