Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. in Odenton, MD is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage daily payment posting, credit processing, and billing, reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. Team Viewer experience is a plus; candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable experience preferred (3 years)
• Associate’s degree or some college business courses
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Team Viewer preferred
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, administrative and communication skills
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently and with others

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards) to customer accounts
• Billings and collections for electronics usage; track data in Excel
• Prepare, check and enter credits from sales force
• Provide invoice copies and payment documentation upon request
• Follow AR procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative and phone support; perform other duties as assigned
