Responsibilities

• Invoice Management and Collection: generate and deliver invoices within terms; document collection efforts; send reminders.
• Discrepancy Resolution: verify and reconcile account discrepancies; adjust entries; coordinate with sales and service teams.
• Reconciliation and Reporting: reconcile General Ledger cash accounts; assist with unidentified receipts.
• Customer Service and Support: provide professional responses to inquiries; assist audit inquiries; support stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned to support operations.
