Qualifications

• Knowledge of AR, collections, billing, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review aging reports and identify root causes.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and perform collection activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
• Review aging reports, research account discrepancies, and resolve payment issues including disputes, deductions, credits, duplicate payments, and unapplied cash.
• Communicate with customers and internal partners to resolve billing issues, obtain documentation, and remove barriers to payment.
• Monitor customer account activity through statements, reconciliations, and portals while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Escalate high-risk accounts and support collection recovery efforts, including write-offs or third-party collection recommendations.
