Job summary

Arrow Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager in Upland, CA to lead a team supporting AR, customer service, administrative operations, and billing. This role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple business functions.

You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

Experience supporting, partnering with, or managing Accounts Receivable and billing operations is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, shared services, business operations, or service operations.
2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading administrative or customer support teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of administrative and customer support professionals.
Manage daily department operations, staffing, and workflow priorities.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team culture.
Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor department KPIs, service levels, and workflow performance.
Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
Oversee customer escalations and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure accurate administrative workflows supporting customer accounts, billing, and service administration.
Assist with resolving billing discrepancies while maintaining compliance with established procedures.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to leadership.
