Qualifications

• Performs accounts receivable tasks, processes transactions, and maintains records.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to learn processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews source documents for accuracy.
• Assigns standard accounting codes and identifies information.
• Processes accounts receivable and resolves outstanding balances or questions.
• Enters routine financial transactions into accounting and SIS; verifies/corrects information.
• Reconciles accounting and student financial records.
• Maintains department records and files.
