Qualifications

• Some college required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in automated AR systems or strong accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; good data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Record all monies received and balance cash receipt batches.
• Prepare bank deposits and maintain cash receipts files.
• Respond to inquiries about payments and balances from students/parents; assist in collections.
