Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Coordinator II, Accounts Receivable – Compliance to help initiate and manage new or escalated collection accounts while supporting accurate receivable processing across multiple desks. You will partner with stores, customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather documentation, research accounts, process payments, and assist with refunds and GL tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years business experience including 1+ year Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient Excel skills and ability to use tools to support receivables activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Research new collection items and gather documentation to enter accounts into CAMs.
• Process daily incoming payments to ensure accurate receivables.
• Perform general ledger tasks including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Facilitate refunds and vendor invoice processing as required.
• Communicate effectively with CarMax stores, customers, and partners.
