Shoppa’s Material Handling, a family-owned dealer of material handling equipment, seeks an Accounts Receivable Collector to manage past-due accounts with strong communication and customer service. The role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
• Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and third-party collections is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct collection calls or correspondence with assigned portfolio.
• Establish rapport with customers to effectively manage delinquent accounts.
• Own and drive resolution of assigned accounts to reduce delinquencies.
• Coordinate with Sales and Management to resolve billing issues.
