Empower Brands is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collector to support collections and AR operations across multiple markets. The role focuses on reducing aged receivables, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely invoice payment for several commercial cleaning markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on B2B collections experience, is comfortable in ERP systems, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit and collections.
• Experience collecting on past-due commercial accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Proficient with ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve discrepancies independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple markets and entities.
• Conduct collection outreach via phone and email to secure timely payment.
• Document collection activity and follow-ups in the ERP system.
• Investigate delinquent accounts by reviewing billing history and payment trends.
• Resolve payment issues with customers and negotiate resolutions when needed.
• Escalate high-risk accounts to management as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes delaying payment.
• Process write-offs, credit memos, and billing adjustments per policy.
• Support AR reporting with aging trends and account status.
