Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in high volume collections.
• Knowledge of billing, collection, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiar with bankruptcy procedures and third-party collection agencies.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).

Mansioni

• Internal/external collection calls or correspondence.
• Establish rapport with customers to effectively manage assigned portfolio.
• Accountable for the reduction of delinquent accounts and owning assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and escalate to Management as necessary.
• Submit disputes on invoices when payment is not forthcoming due to internal issues.
• Perform other duties in support of the Accounts Receivable department.
