Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Accounts Receivable Collector to manage daily outreach for outstanding invoices. In a SaaS structure, a missed payment can lead to service suspension; therefore, this role requires an empathetic yet firm communicator who ensures timely cash collection while protecting user retention.

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Outreach: Execute high-volume daily outreach via phone and email to customers with outstanding balances in compliance with company timelines.

Account Maintenance: Maintain clean documentation of all collection activities, payment promises, and customer updates within the billing platform.

Payment Processing: Assist clients with processing credit card transactions, setting up ACH/Wire details, and clarifying portal login issues.

Churn Mitigation: Identify signs of customer distress or product dissatisfaction during calls and coordinate with Customer Success to mitigate involuntary churn risk.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in high-volume B2B accounts receivable or collections.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of maintaining professional composure.

Experience navigating recurring subscription billing schedules.

• Office setting with a moderate noise level.
• The employee will work at an individual workstation, using a telephone and computer.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to remain seated for extended periods.
• Regular use of a computer and other office machinery, such as printers and copy machines.
• Occasional movement around the office.
• Frequent communication via telephone.
