Job summary

Neumo seeks an analytical Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to act as the critical gatekeeper for our SaaS billing process. This role sits at the intersection of sales and accounting, auditing contract terms to prevent provisioning errors and diagnosing systemic invoice disputes.

You will own end-to-end investigations of billing discrepancies, process mid-cycle contract changes, and perform root-cause analysis to present fixes to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an AR Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Contract Specialist in a SaaS organization.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, conditional logic) for processing large volumes of usage and subscription data.
• Strong investigative mindset with an affinity for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Billing Gatekeeper: Audit contracts against provisioned system tiers to ensure alignment between Salesforce (CRM) and the billing platform before invoicing triggers.
• Dispute Resolution: Own end-to-end investigation of billing discrepancies, service credits, usage-based calculation disputes, and true-up mismatches.
• Contract Modifications: Process mid-cycle expansions, contractions, co-terming, and subscription pauses to maintain historical contract values.
