Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an AR Analyst, Billing Analyst, or Contract Specialist in a SaaS organization.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, conditional logic) for processing large volumes of usage and subscription data.
• Strong investigative mindset with an affinity for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Billing Gatekeeper: Audit incoming closed-won contracts against provisioned system tiers to ensure exact alignment between Salesforce (CRM) and the billing platform before invoicing triggers.
• Dispute Resolution: Own the end-to-end investigation of billing discrepancies, service credits, usage-based calculation disputes, and true-up mismatches.
