Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts.
• Contact debtors to discuss payment status and negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve account questions or complaints.
• Update account status and databases regularly and alert supervisors of non‑payers.
